Sarah works as an outcome’s achievement coordinator and nurse educator at Advocate Health, focusing on home health clinical quality and excellence.  She is also a current PhD student in the College of Nursing at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.  As part of her interest in improving therapeutic communication between nurse, patient, and caregiver, she believes there is an essential role and need for Narrative Medicine within home health care and is working toward the practical application of this model as her research focus.
